We require 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Your session fee will be charged for insufficient notice or missed appointments. You may call or text (502) 654-3642 to cancel your appointment.

I do not provide emergency crisis services. If you are in imminent danger, wish to harm yourself or someone else, dial 911, call the 24 hour National Crisis Hotline at 1-800-273-TALK, or go to your nearest emergency room.

Our goal is for you to feel safe and heard during your session. All information provided during sessions is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. You may complete a release of information form if you would like someone to have access to the information you provide during sessions.

In sex therapy, you may be assigned exercises to improve your sex life or treat sexual dysfunctions. These exercises are homework to be done in the privacy of your home, with progress and feedback reported back to the therapist during sessions. No nudity or sexual practice takes place during the therapy session.
